We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who is passionate about driving impact in a fast-paced environment. As an BDR, you will play a critical role in fueling Rain’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective employer partners.
Requirements
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social platforms to engage prospective clients
- Conduct thorough research to personalize outreach and demonstrate relevance to each target account and persona
- Qualify leads using structured criteria and schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives
- Achieve or exceed KPIs, including meetings held, pipeline generated, and outreach activity levels
- Maintain CRM hygiene with precision, ensuring accurate tracking of all activities and lead progression
- Continuously test and iterate on messaging, sequencing, and tactics to improve results
- Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to share best practices and drive team success
- Participate in coaching, training, and peer-learning initiatives to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge
