Job Description
We're seeking a versatile and action-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our growing team. You will focus on making things happen by using data to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and drive high-priority initiatives. You will act as the connective tissue between our various teams and bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or a Strategy/Analytics role at a high-growth tech company
- Advanced Spreadsheet Modeling: Top 1% of Excel/Google Sheets users (models are clean and auditable)
- Proficiency building visualization clarity through decks (PowerPoint/Google Slides) and familiar with BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau)
- Structured Problem Solver able to break down messy, open-ended problems
- Ability to verify numbers and extract insights to support arguments
- Ability to synthesize complex information into crisp, clear, concise, and compelling narratives
