Job Description
We're seeking a Sales Manager to lead a strategic group of Account Executives and drive the growth and development of our Account Executive team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, front line managing an Account Executive team in HR Tech or FinTech
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, prospecting techniques, and lead generation strategies
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals to achieve their full potential
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to drive strategy and decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Results-Driven: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
