Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives within Rain’s growing financial services platform, including new products that expand beyond earned wage access. This is a rare opportunity to build meaningful consumer fintech at scale.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in Product Management, specifically within fintech or financial services
• Full-stack owner capable of running entire workstreams, not just features
• Data-proficient thinker who uses SQL, Looker, or Grafana to drive decisions
• Strategic & tactical expert who thrives in structured ambiguity
• Effective Influencer across both technical and business domains
• Proven track record of shipping high-impact, consumer-facing products
