Manager, Enterprise Sales

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and grow our TOLA Region enterprise sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, coaching and mentoring account executives, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales management experience (leading enterprise-focused sales teams)
• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
• Strong understanding of complex solution selling, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure
• Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within the region as needed
