Job Description
Re7 Capital is a London-based crypto-asset investment firm leveraging their data and network to drive investment decisions and innovate in DeFi. The Re7 DeFi Labs team provides support to projects, from launching new platforms and vaults to developing products and scaling the team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge teams on innovative projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in traditional finance or DeFi
- Proven ability to manage complex programs
- Extensive program & project management experience
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for L1/L2 chains, protocols, AMMs, yield strategies
- Strong understanding of risk management principles
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial & commercial mindset
- Dynamic and able to move at a fast pace
- Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
- Strong communication skills
- University graduate
