Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and creative Sous-Chef for PK Bar & Kitchen in the heart of Utrecht. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, developing a seasonal menu, leading the kitchen team, and ensuring perfect presentation of dishes.
Requirements
- MBO level 3 work and thinking level
- Visible experience as (sous)chef
- Knowledge of products, ingredients, and menu composition
- Independent, quality-oriented, and stress-resistant
- Flexible availability, also in the evenings and on weekends
