Job Description
Refloor is offering a General Manager in Training program that provides immersive, hands-on training in sales, operations, and leadership. The program offers expert guidance, mentorship, and ongoing support to develop strong sales, management, and customer service skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with relocation flexibility.
Requirements
- Open to relocation after training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Preferred previous sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office technology
