We are looking for an energetic mentor who can approach things with a safe and trusted environment for clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate is someone who loves variety and unexpected situations, has a keen eye for behavior and emotions, and can work well in a large, flexible team.

Requirements

• Helping with the start of the day, from waking up to breakfast
• Adjusting to what the client can handle and adjusting guidance accordingly
• Working on goals from the support plan, together with the client
• Writing plans and maintaining contact with family members
• Working together with colleagues and specialists to provide the right support

• Gross salary between € 2,546 and € 3,564 per month for mentors
• Gross salary between € 2,836 and € 3,825 per month for supervising mentors
