Job Description
Reliant is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy services to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). The role involves direct patient care under the direction of a PT and maintains clinical and professional standards of care. Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
- Basic Internet navigation skills.
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
