Job Description
Reliant Rehab Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy and rehabilitation services to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This role involves collaboration with PTs, case management, and maintaining a high level of patient and staff interaction. Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy.
- Computer literacy with clinical documentation.
- Basic Internet navigation skills.
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license.
