Job Description
Reliant's therapy team provides rehabilitation services for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) offering career advancement opportunities. As a therapist, you'll contribute to the well-being of patients, learn from experienced professionals, and enjoy a supportive company culture. The role involves therapy, case management, and clinical leadership within a 38+ state network.
Requirements
- Graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license
- Computer skills (computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation)
- Basic Internet navigation skills
