- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, Consulting, or similar roles
- Proven experience engaging C-level and senior decision-makers
- Strong understanding of customer motivations and business drivers to promote product adoption, identify upselling opportunities, and prevent churn
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, cross-functional projects in dynamic environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate product usage and operational data into clear business insights and action plans
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in German (C2) and English (C1), written and spoken
