Job Description
Rentokil-Terminix Canada is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of service technicians in Burnaby, British Columbia. The role involves training, developing, and managing operations, driving sales and client loyalty, and ensuring excellent service to clients. The company focuses on providing certified pest control services in Canada.
Requirements
- Manage daily operations of pest control technicians
- Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service and client care
- Manage basic financial performance of the operations
- Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports
- Monitor and adjust scheduled appointments
- Pass pre-employment background screen
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses/certificates
