Job Description
Rentokil-Terminix Canada is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of service technicians. This role involves training, managing operations, ensuring client service, driving revenue growth, and managing financial performance. The manager will also be responsible for daily travel and client contact to provide exceptional service and support to clients.
Requirements
- Manage daily operations of pest control technicians with superior customer service.
- Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service and client care.
- Manage basic financial performance, including revenue growth and expense control.
- Daily travel throughout territory to visit clients, assist with pest control and build relationships.
- Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
- Monitor schedules and adjust appointments for efficiency.
