Job Description
Rentokil-Terminix Canada is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of service technicians in Calgary, Alberta. The role focuses on client service, revenue goals, and efficient operations within the pest control sector. It also requires managing financial performance and visiting clients.
Requirements
- Manage daily operations of pest control technicians
- Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service and client care
- Manage basic financial performance of the operations
- Daily travel throughout territory
- Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports
- Monitor and adjust appointments
- Able to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates
