Job Description
Ambius Canada Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and execute key operations elements within Districts. This role focuses on team leadership, client service, and sales/revenue goals. The company specializes in providing indoor and exterior plant displays, fragrance, decor, and scenting for commercial clients, and is a leader in Pest Control.
Requirements
- Conduct the selection and hiring process for new colleagues.
- Implement the onboarding process for new colleagues.
- Provide performance feedback and coaching to the team.
- Assist in goal setting, skill enhancement, and performance reviews.
- Address all client concerns.
- Identify solutions for client needs.
- Maintain branch operations and follow standard operating procedures.
- Complete all reports as required.
- Able to safely climb ladders and work on ladders.
