Job Description
Rentokil-Terminix Canada, a leader in pest control for the property management sector, is seeking an Operations Manager for Edmonton, Alberta. This role focuses on training, leading and developing a team, achieving sales goals, and ensuring excellent client service. The Manager will manage daily operations, financial performance, and client relationship building. A flexible schedule, including weekend work, is expected.
Requirements
- Manage daily operations of pest control technicians
- Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service and client care
- Manage basic financial performance of the operations
- Daily travel throughout territory visiting with clients
- Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports
- Monitor and adjust appointments for efficiencies, field routing, client Quality Control audits
- Able to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates
