As a Market Leader / Branch Manager, you will lead a team and be responsible for the professional, disciplinary, and organizational leadership of your market. You will ensure customer satisfaction, steer sales, inventory, and personnel costs, and have the opportunity for further development.
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in retail
- Relevant work experience (or leadership experience in hotel or catering industry)
- Customer-friendly, committed, and responsible

- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire people
