Job Description
The Working Leader IV role is for a dedicated and highly organized team lead involved in the safe production of a quality water heating product. This role liaison between production and the work center facilitator, ensuring improved methods, quality, safety, efficiency, and cost reduction. The position will serve Water Heating Division in Montgomery, AL.
Requirements
- Coordinating tasks for safe production of quality product.
- Monitoring and reporting on work progress.
- Instruction and training of department employees.
- Accurately preparing reports.
- Coordinating with supervisors to control costs and maintenance.
