Job Description
The Working Leader IV role is a direct liaison between production employees and the work center facilitator, responsible for coordinating all tasks related to the safe production of a quality product. This position serves the Water Heating Division in Montgomery, AL, and focuses on improved productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency. The role involves task assignment, monitoring progress, reporting, and maintaining environmental standards.
