Job Description
The Working Leader IV role is a direct liaison between production employees and the work center facilitator, coordinating all tasks for the safe production of quality products. This role involves assigning work, monitoring progress, providing instruction, and assisting with cost control. The position reports to the supervisor and serves Water Heating Division of the company.
Requirements
