We are seeking a Systems Content Engineer to join our team and contribute to our top-tier Support site and self-service resources. You will collaborate with information architects, knowledge base writers, product managers, developers, engineers, support staff, product experts, and various stakeholders to enhance RingCentral’s self-service ecosystem.
Requirements
- 2+ years of college experience or related professional experience
- Proven experience in supporting Content Management Systems (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Expertise in XML DITA customization, including implementing constraints and other custom modifications
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software efficiently
- Excellent customer service, analytical, research, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of user experience and user engagement principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of SEO is preferred
- Proficient in content presentation and delivery
