We’re currently looking for a Technical Customer Support Representative (Tier 1) who can provide technical support to RingCentral’s customers, troubleshoot and repair RingCentral’s solutions, and recommend network hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have a high-school diploma, English proficiency level of C1/C2, and minimum of 2 years of work experience in a technical support and customer service environment.
