Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Onboarding Advisor to assist newly signed up customers in configuring basic account and phone system setup. As a Technical Onboarding Advisor, you will demonstrate expertise and proficiency in most of the skill sets utilized within the Contact Center.
Requirements
- 2-3 years solid experience in Technical Support
- Strong client management skills
- Ability to convey how the system works to teach the client how to independently set up and configure the system
- Ability to reach out to new customers via phone and/or email to book them for an implementation appointment
