Job Description
RioCan, a leading Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), is seeking a Lease Administrator for a 12-month contract. This hybrid role reports to the Manager, Lease Administration and is responsible for managing all leases and related information for an assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Completion of College Diploma or Certificate Program in Business Administration
- 2 years of experience with lease documentation or other related legal documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple deadlines
