Job Description
RioCan is a leading Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) specializing in retail-focused properties in Canada. They are seeking a Property Administrator to support the operations of their Mill Woods Town Center property, ensuring a smooth day-to-day management of rentals, tenant relations, and budgetary oversight. The position emphasizes a dynamic, collaborative environment with a focus on employee growth and long-term success.
Requirements
- Assist Property Manager in collecting and entering rents.
- Reconcile tenant accounts and prepare statements.
- Provide administrative support to Property Manager.
- Update and maintain tenant/vendor files.
- Record meeting minutes.
- Coordinate regional/ General & Administrative operations.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Coordinate with Regional/General & Administrative.
