Job Description
The Senior Project Estimator is responsible for developing comprehensive EPC proposals for high-voltage electrical projects. This role independently evaluates contracts, identifies risks, prepares estimates, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, pricing, and execution. The role requires mentorship of junior estimators and contributes to proposal quality and cost accuracy.
Requirements
- Independently evaluate RFP packages.
- Prepare detailed EPC cost estimates for renewable, distribution, substation, and generation projects.
- Lead the development of full proposal packages, including execution plans, cost breakdowns, and schedules.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits to gather data.
- Manage estimate basis throughout the proposal development.
