Job Description
The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and improving assembly operations in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment. This role involves ensuring timely delivery, maintaining a high-quality product, improving productivity and uptime, and fostering a positive work culture. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Requirements
- Ensure labor and materials are present to meet schedule attainment.
- Ensure a quality product is assembled and packaged according to customer specifications and standards.
- Meet/exceed targets for Quality, Productivity, Uptime, On-Time Delivery, and Cost.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work environment following 5S principles.
- Oversee cross training and track attendance.
- Drive continuous improvement using Rittal Production System (RPS).
- Interface with quality, engineering, and supplier teams.
- Actively participate in improving assembly operations and problem solving.
