Job Description
The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring a high-quality product is assembled and packaged, meeting schedules, and exceeding targets for production, uptime, and cost. This role involves maintaining a clean workspace, cross-training assembly line workers, and driving continuous improvement of manufacturing processes using the Rittal Production System.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Prior assembly knowledge
- Familiarity with basic 5S concepts
- Ability to work under pressure and with initiative
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
