As a RN, you will provide skilled nursing assessments to participants, work with the Interdisciplinary Team, and provide patient education. Must have a graduate degree in nursing, a year of experience with frail or elderly populations, and basic computer skills. • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program
• Licensed as a professional in the State of Colorado
• 1 year of experience with a frail or elderly population
• Basic computer skills
