Kitchen Porter

This position is responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the dish area, maintaining clean dishes and the cleanliness of the dishwasher area, and promoting professional working relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• One year of previous food service or Kitchen Porter experience is preferred
• Food Safe Certification or the ability to pass the test and become food safe certified with the food handler's certification card
• Knowledge of food service preparation and services is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Ability to maintain sanitary working conditions
