Job Description
The Studio Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Ear Piercing Studio, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and driving sales. This role requires a strong leader with retail experience and a passion for customer satisfaction and team management. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver memorable customer experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role for 3-5 years, preferably in a similar service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using technology, software systems and POS.
