Job Description
The Studio Manager oversees the daily operations of a retail ear piercing studio, ensuring exceptional customer service, a clean and safe environment, and effective team management. This role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, driving sales, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for retail and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role for 3-5 years.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team.
- Proven track record of driving sales and optimizing store profitability.
- Excellent customer service skills and understanding of retail operations.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
