Job Description
The Studio Manager oversees daily operations of an ear piercing studio, ensuring excellent customer service and a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for retail, customer satisfaction, and sales management. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to driving sales, managing a team, and upholding the studio's clinical safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role for 3-5 years, preferably in a similar service-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable using technology, software systems, and POS.
- Deep understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

- Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.
