Job Description
The Studio Manager oversees the daily operations of the ear piercing studio, focusing on customer service, a safe environment, and driving sales. The role requires a strong leader with retail experience and a commitment to both customer satisfaction and team management. This position oversees a Victoria Gardens studio location and contributes to overall studio and company growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail management role (3-5 years)
- Strong leadership skills
- Customer-obsessed approach with excellent customer service skills
- Track record of driving sales and optimizing store profitability
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)
- Comfortable using technology and POS
