Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots of multifamily buildings. The job involves grounds work, landscaping, and maintenance activities to ensure the property is in top-notch condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED – Preferred
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite
