Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots of multifamily buildings.

Requirements

• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager
• Thoroughly clean breezeways and maintain cleanliness of grounds
• Execute basic landscaping
• Assist in the preparation of make-ready units
• Conduct proactive preventive maintenance activities
• Document all maintenance activities and communicate with residents, team members, and supervisors
• Collaborate effectively with maintenance team members and other departments
• Assess property safety and cleanliness standards
