Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots of multifamily buildings. This includes tasks such as cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months related experience and/or training
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite
