Job Description
Rubrik is seeking an Account Executive in the Lazio region to focus on growing their presence with Public Sector clients. This role is an entrepreneurial opportunity to drive bookings growth, build a sales pipeline, and provide strategic advice to the partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be hunter-driven and possess a strong understanding of the Italian public sector market.
Requirements
- 5+ years of closing experience in tech sales (IT infrastructure or SaaS)
- Proven track record of self-sourced new logo acquisition and overachieving sales targets
- Experience building and leveraging relationships with channel partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, ownership, and coachability
