Requirements
- Growing the indirect sales channel/distribution segment along with OEM accounts
- Evaluating the current channel's effectiveness to sell and market all Ruhrpumpen products
- Identifying, interviewing, and proposing new distributors as required to achieve sales goals
- Managing and providing support to distributors
- Proper record keeping and use of the CRM system
- Assisting distributors to increase competency in Ruhrpumpen products and processes
- Providing feedback to the North American Distributor Sales Manager
- Maintaining adequate communication with distribution
- Ensuring sales objectives are met relative to market conditions and competitive factors
- Working with Market Managers to identify, establish, and develop distribution channels
- Providing sales training and assistance to distributor personnel
- Completing and following up with the Target Account Form program
- Assisting distributor sales personnel with customer calls
- Preparing and presenting sales materials/reports and attending required meetings and training seminars
