Requirements
- Growing the indirect sales channel/distribution segment along with OEM accounts
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the current channel
- Identifying and proposing new distributors as required
- Managing and supporting distributors
- Maintaining adequate communication with distribution
- Working with Market Managers to identify and develop distribution channels
- Providing sales training and support to distributor personnel
