Job Description
Join Ruhrpumpen as a Regional Distribution Sales Manager and grow distribution and OEM sales in the Midwest. You will be responsible for managing a network of channel partners, identifying new distributors, and increasing market share.
Requirements
- Growing the indirect sales channel/distribution segment along with OEM accounts
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the current channel
- Identifying and proposing new distributors
- Managing and supporting distributors
- Proper record keeping and use of the CRM system
- Assisting distributors to increase competency in Ruhrpumpen products
- Providing feedback to the North American Distributor Sales Manager
- Maintaining adequate communication with distribution
- Ensuring sales objectives are met
- Working with Market Managers to identify and develop distribution channels
- Preparing and presenting sales materials/reports
- Attending required meetings and training seminars
