Job Description
Ruhrpumpen is seeking an experienced OEM Sales Engineer to expand their distribution and OEM sales network across the Midwest. The role involves managing existing partners, identifying new ones, and developing sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction. This is a remote position based in the Southeast.
Requirements
- Manage and grow indirect sales channel and OEM accounts.
- Evaluate and enhance partner performance.
- Recruit, onboard, and support new distributors.
- Maintain CRM and provide sales performance insights.
- Coordinate with Market Managers for channel expansion.
