Project Manager

Rycon Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Tallahassee, FL office. The Project Manager will be responsible for reading documents and contracts, writing subcontracts, and negotiating and awarding subcontracts. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a lead project management individual on small to large projects and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Reading of documents and contracts
• Writing Subcontracts
• Negotiating and awarding subcontracts
• Reviewing/preparing subcontractors scope of work
• Develop and maintain schedules using Microsoft Project
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes
• Review/prepare change orders
• Develop/track submittals, RFI’s and cost reports
• Maintain owner relations
• Maintain overall project budget / Cost Forecasting
