The Rental Management Trainee is a 18-24 month program that provides general Rental Management training and specific training in Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales/Marketing. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management.
Requirements
- Handling sales and process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation
- Maintaining current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
- Generating rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
- Managing rental asset processes, including Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
- Meeting overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintaining compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies
- Reconciling customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base
