Instructional Designer II

Safety National is a leading specialty insurance and reinsurance provider seeking an Instructional Designer II to lead innovative learning projects that drive professional growth across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Management and Organizational Studies, or related field
• 3 or more years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate or business environment
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
• Experience with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content development
• Skilled in adult learning theory and learning evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with instructional accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools used in instructional design
