Job Description
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Germany team! You will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities, pitching the value of our whistleblower SaaS platform, and managing sales cycles from initial contact through to closed-won.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a SaaS sales, lead generation or business development roles (BDR/SDR, AE, BDM)
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- Confidence speaking with mid-level to senior decision-makers in HR, Legal, Compliance or Procurement
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required along with the ability to collaborate within a remote-work environment throughout all levels of the organisation
