SalesCaptain is seeking a results-driven GTM Strategy Lead to manage outbound marketing efforts for international clients. The role involves cold email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, prospecting, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will leverage AI and data scraping tools to boost campaign ROI. This is a full-time, remote position based in Paris, France.
Requirements
- Manage the Strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for international clients
- Create messaging for the Outbound campaigns using AI and in-depth audience research
- Build prospecting & list building workflows combining multiple data sources
- Leverage Clay for data scraping, AI, enrichment, and campaign orchestration
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to achieve KPIs
- Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches
- Communicate with clients and create reports to showcase progress and results
- Positive Replies (Weekly), Client Satisfaction (NPS), Client Retention (Quarterly), New Ideas proposed to Clients (Monthly), Cost Per Positive Reply (Monthly)
