GTM Strategy Lead

SalesCaptain is seeking a results-driven GTM Strategy Lead to manage outbound marketing efforts, communicating with international clients. The role involves cold email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, AI-powered messaging, and campaign optimization. They are focused on a growing business, YC and Techstars, providing a predictable process.

Requirements

• Manage the Strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns.
• Create messaging for the Outbound campaigns using AI and in-depth audience research.
• Build prospecting & list building workflows combining multiple data sources.
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
• Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches.
• Communicate with clients and create reports.
• Track KPIs: Positive Replies, Client Satisfaction, Client Retention, New Ideas, Cost Per Positive Reply
